🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders within Switzerland are usually delivered within 3–6 business days. For international orders, the delivery time is 5–10 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.
When is shipping free?
For orders over CHF 220, we ship your controller free of charge – with no hidden fees.
Can I track my order?
Yes. After shipping, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your delivery at any time.

What are TMR joysticks and why are they better?
TMR stands for Tunneling Magnetoresistance. Unlike conventional joysticks that rely on mechanical sliding contacts, TMR joysticks use contactless magnetic sensors. This eliminates friction wear – and thus stick drift. The result: more precise inputs, longer durability, and a significantly better gaming experience for years to come.
Are the controllers compatible with PS5 and PC?
Yes. All SwissAimControllers are fully compatible with PS5 and PC – no adapter, no additional software required.
Can I program the back paddles myself?
Yes, completely. Using the integrated OLED display, you can freely assign all 4 back paddles and save up to 8 individual profiles – directly on the controller, without a PC or app.
How long does the battery last?
Battery life varies by model and ranges from 8 to 21 hours. All models are equipped with a powerful high-capacity battery that significantly exceeds the standard DualSense.

How long is the warranty?
We provide a 2-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects on every SwissAimController. We stand behind our products – no ifs, ands, or buts.
Can I return my controller?
Yes. You have a 14-day return policy from the receipt of your order. The controller must be in perfect original condition and returned in its original packaging. For questions about returns, please contact us beforehand via our contact form.
